PREMIUM PLAN

The Premium package consists of 5 main plans, 3D visualization, and selection of materials and furniture:

5. Plumbing Plan

*The 5 main plans can be replaced with others, depending on the client's preferences.

1. FUNCTIONAL FURNITURE LAYOUT PLAN

• The drawing presents a detailed 2D furniture layout plan.
• The spaces of the rooms are functionally arranged, including the kitchen area, bathroom, and other rooms.
• Two layout options are provided.

The drawing is prepared according to the client's task, after discussing expectations and possibilities. Floor plans with dimensions of the designed spaces are required to prepare the plan.

2. CEILING AND LIGHTING PLAN

• The plan marks the locations of lighting points in the ceiling, their quantities, and types, without specifying exact models. Niches for hidden lighting and curtains are also indicated.

3. ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION PLAN

• The plan functionally arranges and connects electrical installation points: power outlets, switches, electrical inputs for wall lights.
• Electrical inputs for household appliances and various devices are also planned.

4. FLOORING PLAN

• The flooring plan indicates the types of flooring to be used, their quantities, and the laying pattern.
• The locations and types of skirting boards are marked.

5. PLUMBING PLAN

• The plan indicates the necessary cold, hot, and waste water outlets for plumbing devices with exact measurements, without specifying the exact devices.

6. 3D VIZUALIZATION

• The 3D visualization is created based on the drawings and the client's preferences.

7. SELECTION OF FURNITURE AND MATERIALS

• Selections are made based on the client's preferences.
